At APM Monaco™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that personalized items and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original APM Monaco™ box and protective pouch to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
